How we ship:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders after that ship the next business day.
Domestic shipping options (USA only):

Free shipping:
Automatic on all orders above a certain dollar amount (threshold shown at top of website). Free shipping uses Ground service.
Where we ship:
All 50 US states, plus Puerto Rico and Guam. We do not ship internationally at this time. We ship to PO boxes and military APO addresses via USPS only.
Tracking:
Every order receives a tracking number by email. You will also get a text notification if you provided a mobile number at checkout.
Weather delays:
Perfumes and diffusers contain liquids. During freezing temperatures, we add insulation and “do not freeze” labels. However, we cannot guarantee that extreme weather will not affect product consistency. If your liquid product arrives frozen, let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours before use.
Lost packages:
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package:
- Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)
- Check with neighbors, front desk, or mailroom
- If still missing, contact us. We will open a carrier investigation. Replacements are processed only after the carrier confirms loss.
Incorrect address:
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund the product cost minus original shipping. You may reorder with the correct address.
