What we accept:

When you are charged:
- For in-stock items: immediately upon order confirmation
- For pre-orders or backorders: we authorize your card at checkout but charge only when the item ships
Payment security:
We never see your full card number. All payments are tokenized and processed through PCI Level 1 compliant partners. Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption.
Failed payments:
If your payment is declined, you will see an on-screen message. Your order will not be processed until you provide a valid payment method. We do not automatically retry failed payments.
Order cancellations:
You may cancel an order for free within 1 hour of placing it (before our warehouse starts packing). After 1 hour, please use the return process instead.
Sales tax:
Tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We collect tax in states where we have a legal obligation to do so. Tax-exempt customers may contact us with documentation before ordering.
Currency:
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may charge foreign transaction fees if you are outside the US.
Split payments:
We do not currently support split payment across multiple cards or methods for a single order.
Gift cards:
Digital gift cards are available for purchase. They never expire and can be used for any product. Gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash.
