Not loving your scent? Let us make it right.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

What can be returned:

  • Unopened perfumes (seal intact)
  • Unburned candles (wick still white, wax untouched)
  • Reed diffusers (bottles unopened, reeds still wrapped)
  • Car air fresheners (still in original sealed pouch)

What cannot be returned:

  • Any product where the safety seal or wrapper has been opened (for hygiene and safety)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper storage

How to return:

  1. Email us your order number and which item(s) you want to return
  2. We will email you a prepaid return label (cost deducted from your refund)
  3. Pack items securely. Drop off at any carrier location listed on the label
  4. Once we receive the return, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days

Refund amount:

  • Full product refund minus original shipping costs and return label fee
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit), we cover all shipping costs

Exchanges (scent swapping):
Want a different perfume or candle scent? Start a return as above, then place a new order. We will refund your original purchase as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier. This is the fastest method.

Damaged on arrival:
If your diffuser bottle is cracked or your candle arrived broken, email us within 48 hours with a clear photo of the damage. We will ship a replacement the same day at no charge.
